Hello Care Partners, Today we have another special guest Janet Davies, the Founder/Administrator of Mimi's House! Janet earned a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and is a Speech Therapist with 32 years of experience in the healthcare field. While her career has focused on caring for adults in various settings, the last 10 years were spent serving seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease in "big box" skilled nursing facilities. Janet draws on this background to fuel her passion for providing a better quality of life for Seniors. Janet’s experience includes co-owning and managing a dental practice and multi-use building for 20+ years. She has a variety of real estate holdings including homes, multi-family, and commercial assets. She is a Coach certified by Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care to train caregivers in state-of-the-art dementia care practices. Janet is an experienced member of the RAL Academy Student Success Support team.
