With a Master of Science specializing in Gerontology and over a decade of hands-on experience in various care settings, Carrie has established herself as a leading voice in dementia education and support. As the founder of Dementia Darling, she has cultivated an online community of more than 63,000 followers, creating a nurturing space for caregivers to find education, resources, and support.

Carrie's expertise has led to collaborations with renowned organizations, including membership in the AgeTech Collaborative from AARP, speaking at CES 2025, and serving on the Care Squad with Hilarity for Charity. She has also partnered with Cleveland Clinic and played a main character in "Dementia Divas," the first TV show about dementia care. Carrie's mission is to empower caregivers by fighting isolation, challenge prevailing narratives about dementia and aging, and foster moments of joy. As a full-time educator and advocate, she continues to push boundaries in dementia care, creating a movement that celebrates life and builds a supportive community.
