Let's review some important tips:
Approach from the Front.
Accept and Agree.
Stop Correcting Them.
Avoid the Yes/No Questions.
Don't Ask Questions/Instead Tell Stories.
Say, "I'm Sorry".
Be a Grace Giver.
Keep in mind this is a journey and the relationship with this person is vital. These tips will help you immensely if you put them into practice. Share these with the other caregivers around you.
